Both venues are run by LiveNation and both have open dates to fill in 2022 for a potential residency.

The deal isn’t finalized but the singer has been negotiating for weeks, with the residency also said to cover/represent all of her North American touring plans.

She has not booked any arenas or stadiums for 2022, when her new album, reportedly entitled 30, is slated for release.

Sources claim the singer, ‘likes the idea of having her fans travel to see her in Vegas, where she can keep an apartment, avoid being away from her 8-year-old son for long stretches of time, and easily shuttle back and forth from her home in Los Angeles.’

Both venues seat under 7,000 people, allowing for a much more intimate experience than a large stadium.

The news comes just hours after Adele confirmed that her new single, Easy On Me, will be released on October 15.

It is believed that this will be part of her fourth studio album 30, following her 2008 debut 19, 2011’s 21 and 2015’s 25.

While it’s unclear when 30 will ultimately debut, another new report Tuesday from Vulture that claimed Adele is also planning a TV special tied into the new album.

The singer’s team has reportedly approached multiple networks and streaming services for a special, which would likely air by the end of this year.

Adele had celebrated the release of 25 with pre-taped televised concert specials that debuted on NBC and BBC respectively.

As for the residency, if Adele does sign on for a string of Las Vegas shows, she’d be just the latest star to do so.

Music superstars such as Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, Britney Spears, Gwen Stefani and many more have made millions off their recent residencies.
